2. Selection of positions and responsibilities

(A) a general manager, responsible for the company's daily operation and management, including:

1.Take charge of the company's operation management and administrative operation, and organize the implementation of board resolutions。

2.To organize the research, formulation and implementation of the company's business strategy and business plan, to inspect and supervise the company's business situation。

3.Organize and promote the business development of the company, and ensure the completion of the business targets and task requirements of the Business Target Responsibility Letter。

4.To formulate the basic management system of the company, formulate the specific rules of the company, supervise and ensure the implementation of the rules and regulations。

5.Formulate the company's internal management organization setting plan, constantly optimize the organizational structure, improve the organization and business system, coordinate the company's strategic development plan, and constantly improve the corporate governance system。

6.Ensure the standardized operation of the company, ensure the compliance of various businesses, and effectively prevent various risks。

7.In accordance with the requirements of "three pipes and three must", the implementation of safety production responsibilities。

8.Be responsible for other affairs assigned by the board of directors。

(2) One deputy general manager to assist the person in charge of the enterprise to complete the following work:

1.Assist the general manager in formulating the company's development strategy plan, business plan and business development plan, and complete the business indicators and task requirements of the Business Target Responsibility Letter。

2.Institutionalize and standardize the company's internal management。

3.To formulate the company's organizational structure and management system, related management, business norms and systems。

1.General manager qualification

(1) More than 10 years of working experience in related enterprises or import and export trade, e-commerce operation, economics, finance and other work experience。

(2) More than 2 years of experience as deputy (including the equivalent position) or above in an enterprise of similar size or as the main person in charge of its independent legal subsidiary。

(3) Have a university degree or above, proficient in English or other languages。

(4) Age to serve at least one term (three years)。

(5) having the physical condition to perform his duties normally。

(6) Meet other qualification requirements stipulated by relevant laws and regulations。

2.Vice general manager qualification

(1) More than 5 years of work experience in related enterprises or import and export trade, e-commerce operation, economics, finance and other work experience。

(2) At least 2 years of middle-level positions (including equivalent positions) or above in enterprises of similar size or middle-level positions or above in subsidiaries of independent legal persons。

(3) Have a university degree or above, proficient in English or other languages。

(4) Age to serve at least one term (three years)。

(5) having the physical condition to perform his duties normally。

(6) Meet other qualification requirements stipulated by relevant laws and regulations。

Iv. Tenure and remuneration of the selected personnel

(1) Term of office。The selected personnel shall be managed as professional managers for a term of three years, and may be renewed if they pass the assessment at the end of their term。

(2) Remuneration。With reference to the comparable salary level of similar personnel in the market, we provide a certain attractive salary package。
